At Hill Tan Clinic, privacy, discretion and client wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do.

We believe treatments should feel personal, respectful and handled with care. For this reason, we have made intentional decisions about how we manage bookings, compensation and security within the clinic.

Private Booking

Hill Tan Clinic no longer uses third-party booking platforms. Many digital booking systems operate as marketplace platforms that process client data. To protect the privacy of our clients, all appointments are now managed directly with the clinic.

Compensation

We encourage cash compensation wherever possible. Digital transactions can create digital records, and we believe our clients should have the option of greater privacy when visiting the clinic.

CCTV & Safety

For the safety of our clients and staff, CCTV operates at entry points to the clinic. Additional cameras may only be activated if required to protect the safety and wellbeing of those within the premises.
