Diode Laser Hair Removal
At Hill Tan Clinic, we use advanced diode laser technology to provide effective and long-lasting hair reduction.
The laser emits controlled light energy which is absorbed by the pigment in the hair follicle. This energy converts to heat, safely damaging the follicle and reducing its ability to regrow hair.
Our diode laser system uses a combination of wavelengths (755nm, 808nm and 1064nm), allowing treatments to be tailored to different hair and skin types.
Most clients require a course of 6–8 treatments, spaced approximately 4–6 weeks apart, as hair grows in different cycles.
Before & After Care
To achieve the best results:
- Avoid sun exposure or sunbeds for 48 hours before and after treatment
- Do not wax, pluck or thread the area before treatment (shaving is recommended)
- Keep skin clean and free from creams or deodorant before your appointment
- Avoid hot baths, saunas and intense exercise for 24 hours after treatment
